How do I cancel my Wipster account/subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by doing the following:

1. Log into your account.

2. Click on the user dropdown in the top right hand corner of your screen and then click on 'Account Settings'.

3. If you are on a Legacy plan (Asset, Storage, Pro) then click on the 'Billing' tab (the billing page contains an overview of your plan, payment info and listed credit cards).

4. At the top of the page next to your plan type, click on the 'Cancel subscription' button. 

5. If you are on a Team subscription, click on the 'Account' tab within your 'Account Settings' then you'll see the 'Cancel subscription' button at the bottom of the left hand side panel.

Your account will stay until the end of your billing cycle before automatically locking. After this point any projects you have stored on the app will remain for the next 60 days, should you choose to reactivate your account. When the 60 days is up the projects will automatically be deleted. 

If you do wish to restore your account, just click the upgrade button to purchase a paid plan. This will start a whole new billing cycle for you once you restore your account.
