There are a number of reasons why you might not be receiving notifications for your video.
First things first, try searching your inbox for email@example.com. Unfortunately at times emails can go to your spam if you haven't received anything from us before.
Secondly, have you been interacting with the video within five minutes of a comment being made? Wipster puts a buffer in to make sure people don't get too many unwanted notifications. Any comments made in this five minute period won't have notifications sent.
The emails could be getting blocked by a firewall. You may need to add firstname.lastname@example.org to safe senders list for email and allow http and https traffic to:
