How do I change the email address associated with my account?

Just follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your account settings via the dropdown at the top right of your screen

  2. On the profile tab click the 'Change email' button below your current email address and enter the address you'd like to change it to.

  3. An email will be sent to the new address so you can verify you have access to it.

  4. Click the link in that email. 

  5. You'll be navigated back to Wipster and your account will now be associated with the new email address.

Once it's validated, the new email will replace your old one everywhere in your account, including in your billing details. This also means you'll no longer be able to login with the old address.

Note: If the email address already registered with another account on Wipster with validation we won't be able to make the change, as every account needs a unique email address associated with it. If you need to contest ownership of an email address contact us at support@wipster.io
